This Mountain Goat Arrowhead Clock was scrolled out of ¾" Wenge. He measures 7½" x 9¾" tall. A natural stain and satin rub on poly were applied. For the backing, we used a piece of 1/8" black gloss plastic acrylic. The clock insert is a 2" gold rim, ivory face, arabic numeral quartz clock. Metal case and glass lens. Uses a button type battery. A brass plated sawtooth hanger has been attached. Due to the hardness of this exotic wood, this item took David 17 hours to complete.Wednesday, May 9, 2007
